• What Happens: Our technician will diagnose the issue with your system in approximately 30 minutes. Once the problem is identified, you will receive a quote for the recommended repair.
• Next Steps:
• If the repair is approved and the repair can be completed the same day, the diagnostic fee is waived.
• If parts need to be ordered, you'll receive an estimated time of arrival (ETA), and we’ll schedule the repair once the parts are available. We will collect the $49 diagnosis fee at this time. We will give you a $49 credit when the repair is completed.
• If the repair is declined, the $49 diagnostic fee is collected.

Basic Clean and Check – Furnace or AC (CCA or CCF)

• Fee: $85
• Duration: 30 minutes
• What Happens: A general inspection of your furnace or air conditioner to ensure proper operation. This includes:
• Filter change
• Thermostat operation check
• Drains cleared
• Temperature differential readings (to ensure the system is operating efficiently)
• AC Season: Cleaning and shining the outside unit.
• Furnace Season: Cleaning and inspecting the furnace cabinet and flue pipe.

Elite Guard Maintenance – Furnace or AC (EGMA or EGMF)

• Fee: $140
• Duration: 1.5 - 2 hours
• What Happens: A comprehensive 30+ point inspection that includes everything in the Basic Clean and Check, plus:
• AC Season:
• Checking refrigerant charge, compressor, evaporator coil, and line set insulation
• Cleaning the contactor and capacitor
• Static pressure measurements
• Furnace Season:
• Checking gas pressure, heat exchanger, blower motor, and interlocks
• Cleaning burners and ignitor
• Detailed static pressure readings
